We only accept returns for faulty goods or exchanges. We do NOT accept returns based on a change of heart.
For returns for products purchased online through our website, please contact us via email@example.com to return or exchange your product.
For returns for Team® products purchased in retail stores, please contact our national distributor, Electaserv Trading, via 1800 255 508 or firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a Returns Number. Please do not return the item until you have received this number.
Before returning the item to us, please ensure that:
- You have received a Return Number from us,
- The item is in its original condition,
- The item is unused, and includes all original tags and labels,
- You return the item to us within 14 days
If the item is faulty:
Once we have received the returned item, we will need to assess it to determine the nature of the fault, and how we can help you.
If the item is faulty, you may choose to receive a replacement or a full refund.
Please note that if the item has been damaged through abnormal use we CANNOT replace the item or offer a full refund.

Please note that for any returns, we do not hold responsibility for lost parcels. We recommend that you use a secure and track able service.
Refunds for faulty items returned to us within the 14 days of receipt of your order shall be processed within 10 working days.
