Delivery Delays

Due to COVID-19 associated restrictions and regulations, as well as the busy holiday period, some orders are taking a little longer than expected to be delivered. We appreciate your patience during these challenging times.

Delivery Options

Orders above $35 - FREE Standard Delivery (Orders within Australia only)

Orders under $35 - $10 Standard Delivery (Orders within Australia only)

International Orders - $30 Standard Delivery

Delivery Times

Please allow approximately 5 business days for orders to be delivered, depending on delivery location and product type (excluding order processing time). Please note some products have longer delivery times that are stated on the individual product page.

Delivery Information

Once your item has been dispatched from our warehouse, we cannot be held responsible for any delays in the delivery of the item.

There is a processing time of 3-5 business days for all orders.

During holidays, processing and delivery times may vary. Thank you for your patience.

Compensation can NOT be offered in any circumstance if a delivery has not arrived on time, and it can NOT be offered for any persons who have taken the day off work in order to receive the item.

Notes

We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fee’s, customs or back end charges once the package has exited Australia.

If our couriers cannot deliver the item because nobody is at home to receive the order, they will leave a card, and attempt delivery on another two occasions. After this point, you will need to call your local depot to arrange a more convenient delivery date. If the courier receives no contact from you after a period of approximately 5 working days, they will return the package to us. This may result in extra shipping costs being incurred for redelivery.
